Shipping rates

U.S. domestic shipping is $10.00. Shipping is free when your merchandise subtotal after coupon discounts is over $200.00, excluding tax and shipping. Payment-method discounts do not reduce the subtotal used for this threshold. Applicable rates are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Local pickup

Local pickup is available at no charge. Contact Southern Glow to arrange the location and time before collecting your order.

Payment and order preparation

Orders remain on hold until Southern Glow confirms payment. Include your order number with your payment. Contact the team for preparation or dispatch information for your order.

Delivery questions

For carrier, tracking, packaging, or delivery information, email southernglowpeps@gmail.com with your order number. If timing is important, ask before placing your order.

Shipping address

Enter a complete shipping address at checkout. If it needs a correction, contact Southern Glow promptly with your order number.
